This letter is addressed to Farley Elliot, a senior editor at Eater LA who has repeatedly covered other MMH restaurants, like Ospi and Jemma. I’ll be pitching him the story of the new establishment's background and inviting him to Alba’s test night before the big opening day. I will also be offering him an exclusive sit-down interview with Alba head chef Jackson Kalb and his wife and business partner Melissa Kalb.
