Summer is almost here and Alba is ready for the heat! In honor of our favorite season, we're launching two new menu items to reflect the sunniest time of the year.
What better way to cool off in the summer heat than a nice caprese salad? With creamy fior di latte mozzarella imported from the Puglia region of Southern Italy, fresh basil leaves from the Alba garden, and juicy roma tomatoes from Campania, Italy.
Everyone knows the importance of hydration - especially when there's gin involved! The Penthouse is our new summer cocktail that we can't get enough of.
A refreshing blend of Aviation Gin, Chambord raspberry liquor, orange curaçao, lemon juice, and dry sparkling wine, the Penthouse is a real showstopper.
These seasonal menu items will be launching on May 15th. They will be available until late July. We can't wait for you to try them out!
